I have been using http://www.wavestreaming.com/ for my fledgling project for the last few months.
Have found the performance to be rock solid and customer support to be great.

Have requested some custom API work which was actioned very promptly and was reasonably priced.
Also found them to be very flexible in allowing me to trial other services to see if they fit my specific requirements.

All in all, very very happy with the service received to date.

Update...
Almost 6 months down the line and I can only say good things about Wavestreaming.
They continue to add new services (total time spent listening, listener location maps etc) and I've had only the most minor outtages lasting no more than a few minutes.
Support continues to be very prompt, knowledgable and friendly.
I'm looking forward to new services and facilities going forward.
