A teenager committed suicide live on the internet, egged on by others who had logged on to see him do it.

Not really what you'd want to see streamed over the internet, but it sounds like this isn't an isolated case.

This case overall was shocking, people actually made of him saying that he tried and didn't achieve the 1st time. When someone is talking about death you can't joke about that. But people waited hours to call the cops. =/

Its sad and sickening but just the online extension of what people are already doing on the street...

At least with the internet it could be fake.  I guess some people may have thought it was fake on the web, but in real life.  Just plain sick.

I think suicide is a pretty selfish thing and it annoys me when jumpers hold up trains, etc...but I wouldn't shout stuff like "your wasting tax payer's money"

But as Shaun bent down to take his hand, a voice from the crowd shouted: "You're wasting taxpayers' money," the inquest was told.

It really doesn't surprise me I've seen a lot of people get bullied online or stressed out over fear porn to the point they became suicidal. It never ceases to amaze me some of the comments and hateful video content people post on the web and this is no exception. I wonder if anyone tried to reach out to him the first time he tried and get him some help.
