we at ks use a site called selfcast.com. Its one of the best FREE broadcasters about.. I find media broadcasting, where you pay for it is terrable.. and you can't tell how many are watching... have a look at mine if im allowed... delete if ness >>>>

i heard about the selfcast.com site from elswhere a few weeks back. the site has never accessible for me for some reason  Sad

For live broadcasts of your webcam/video capture device, i highly recommend ustream.tv -- I have some friends over in the US who wanted to see around where I live. So i got my laptop, a webcam and a mobile broadband dongle, put it all in my car, connected to ustream, gave them the link and voila! Online. An online tour around my city.

It's all done through a flash interface, so there's no software to install to broadcast, or watch.

Just thought it might be pretty useful for someone! Smiley www.ustream.tv
